Resolution  -

Modify the following reg key :
Key Location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows
Name: AppInit_DLLs
Type: String
Value: mfaphook64.dll, instead of giving the path name.
